How the estimate works
The calculator removes the need to build a gang sheet first.
The online amount is designed to help you understand the likely production cost. Final production still depends on artwork approval and suitability of the selected transfer process.
Use the actual width and height the logo should be when applied—not the dimensions of your source file.
The calculator works out how many transfers can fit across the configured printable width and how many rows are needed.
Supply vector at R0, redraw an existing logo for R350.00 or request a new logo for R850.00.

What changes the online amount?
The main inputs are transfer type, dimensions, quantity, billable print length, volume tier and artwork service.
Why is there a minimum billable length?
The calculator uses a minimum billable length of 1 m, then rounds up in 0.1 m increments.
Does the calculator include VAT?
Yes. The displayed standard rates and estimated amount payable include VAT.
What happens at 20 metres or more?
The public calculator changes to a trade review. Larger and recurring production is assessed separately instead of applying an aggressive public discount automatically.
Is the online amount final?
It is a production estimate. Artwork and job suitability are reviewed before production proceeds.
