Use DTF Hub as a transfer-production layer while you retain the client relationship, garment supply and final pressing.
Know the likely transfer cost before ordering by entering the finished logo size and quantity into the calculator.
We distinguish between true production vector artwork and raster references so production problems are dealt with before print.
You do not need to understand gang-sheet mathematics. Enter the finished width, height and number of logos required. The calculator tests both orientations, estimates the roll length and shows the estimated amount to pay.
Estimate based on the configured production width and 5 mm spacing. The calculator tests upright and rotated layouts automatically.
Minimum billable length is 1 m. Thereafter the estimate rounds up to 0.1 m increments. Final production is subject to artwork approval.
20 m+ print runs move to a trade review. The selected artwork service is still shown separately.
The order is designed to resolve the common failure points upfront: the wrong transfer process, incorrect dimensions, unsuitable artwork and unclear quantity.
Textile DTF for compatible fabric. UV DTF for suitable smooth hard surfaces.
Enter the finished logo dimensions and how many transfers you need.
Supply vector artwork, add a R350 redraw, or commission a new logo for R850.
Production proceeds after the job requirements, artwork and applicable payment are confirmed.
Standard print orders require vector artwork because vector paths stay sharp at the exact size we produce. A JPG, PNG or screenshot is a useful reference, but it is not a production vector file.
If the vector version of your logo does not exist, choose a redraw. If the brand itself still needs to be created, choose design from scratch.
Pixels become visible when enlarged. Useful as a redraw reference, but not accepted as standard production artwork.
Vector paths stay clean when scaled. Accepted formats include SVG, EPS, AI, CDR and editable vector PDF.
